The s... SOURCES SOUGHT  The VA intends to Sole-Source a lease of 4,465 contiguous net usable square feet (NUSF) of office and related space in Tampa, Fl. The new lease is for a term of ten (10) years. The space must be available for occupancy by October 25, 2022. Please send expressions of interest to Cynetra Moore no later than 3:00 PM ET on October 4, 2022, to the following e-mail: cynetra.moore@va.gov. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: Waters Avenue East: Kennedy Blvd/Highway 60 South: 56th Street West: Dale Mabry Blvd  A market survey of offered properties may be conducted by VA staff at a specified date and time to be determined. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) should submit site-specific information concerning their properties to Cynetra Moore, by e-mail only no later than 3:00 PM on October 4, 2022, to the following:   Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 8  Attention: Cynetra Moore, Lease Contracting Specialist  E-mail: cynetra.moore@va.gov   Expressions of interest must contain the following information:  Building name and/or address and location of the available space within the building Number of spaces to be offered and expected rental rate per NUSF, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. Date of space availability Building ownership information and authorization from owner to offer the property if applicable Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the proposed building List of services provided (Utilities, janitorial, pest control, security monitoring, etc.).  The Government is considering space if economically advantageous. The Government is limited by law (40 USC 278a, as Amended 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space.  Â
