PROJECT TITLE: Install New Gas Meter and Gas Pipeline to Laundry Service CONTRACT TYPE: Firm Fixed Price PROJECT SUMMARY: The Contractor shall provide all supervision, tools, equipment and materials necessary to install a new 4-inch gas line and new gas meter from the incoming main gas point to Building 1 Laundry at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center. The new 4-inch pipe will be installed underground and is approximately 350 feet. Contractor shall coordinate with the local Utility Company, Florida Public Utilities, and survey the area, to include Ground Penetrating Radar, before excavation. Project is located within the West Palm Beach VAMC, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $250,000 and $500,000.
