Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 4 of 4 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 4 PROJECT TITLE: Parking Garage Corrections, Project Number 548-22-148 CONTRACT TYPE: Design Build (DB), Firm Fixed Price PROJECT SUMMARY: Contractor is to provide all labor, tools, material, equipment, and Design-Build (DB) services necessary for all repairs and maintenance of the Parking Garage located at the WPB VAMC. The work includes the following items, with the full list to be provided in the Statement of Work. 1) removal and installation of a new deck coating, 2) removing existing parking bumpers, 3) installing new pipe bollards, 4) restriping of parking spots, and 5) repainting cross walks and curbs. The parking garage is 1,100 feet by 330 feet with two rectangular wings radiating from a circular center section. The garage has a capacity for 1,200 vehicles and is three stories high. This project is located at the VA Medical Center at West Palm Beach, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410.
