Monacillos, Rio Piedras, PR 00927. The Lease expires on August 15, 2022. The VA intends to continue occupancy in accordance with (IAW) authority outlined in GSAR 570.402 (Succeeding Leases) and to increase the total number to 1,100 parking spaces. This lease requirement is for a term of Ten (10) Years, Five (5) Years Firm. The space must be available for occupancy by August 16, 2022. At least 10% spaces must be ADA compliant. Proposed Property shall not be located within the 100-year flood plain. To be considered, space must be within or bordering/facing the delineated area as follows: North: State Road #17 (Ave. Pineiro) intersection with State Toad $181 (Trujillo Alto Expressway) and continuing to the intersection of State Road #20 (Expreso Martinez Nadal) South: Starting at State Road #20 intersection with State Road #199 (Ave. Las Cumbres) and continuing to the intersection of State Road #181 East: Starting at the State Road #181 (Castro Expressway) intersection with State Road #199 (Teodoro Bridge) and along with State Road #181 (Trujillo Alto Expressway) to the intersection of State Road #17. West: Along State Road #20 (Expreso Martinez Nadal) The Government is considering alternative space ONLY if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
