Provide all Design-Build services including labor, materials, tools, and equipment as necessary to construct the project described below and other specific tasks as further defined by this RFP. Work will involve demolition existing cabinetry/workstation and overhead cabinets, seamless flooring, acoustical ceiling tile at the dental lab. The design build contractor shall installing new cabinetry workstation overhead cabinets and stainless steel workstation, build new wall as indicated on the drawing, with electrical outlets and data drops, electrical outlets for cabinetry workstation, and additional electrical outlets with higher voltage, double sided wire rack, wall wire shelves, self-contained dust collector panel for vacuum speed on the desk for cabinetry workstation and stainless-steel workstation area, seamless flooring, acoustical ceiling tiles, painting and exhaust hood for washing /curing area and for Dental Lab at Lake Nona VA. The dental shall be accordance with the VA planning criteria PG-18-9 for imaging service. All proposals are to provide construction services for this project. The contractor shall be a State of Florida Certified/licensed General Contractor.
