All proposals are to provide construction services for this project. The contractor shall be a State of Florida Certified/licensed General Contractor. This project will assess, design, and build project that will replace the existing water heater system at the Lake Baldwin Domiciliary Bldg. 520. The existing system is an outdated unit and needs to be upgraded. Contractor shall ensure all aspects of the new water heater meets all applicable codes and regulations. Work includes general construction, alterations required for civil, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical work and certain other items as described in the specifications and drawings.
