General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) has a requirement to provide design and construction services for the site preparation of approximately 2 acres of land located on the Jose de Diego Avenue between San Fernando Street, and Violeta Street, San Juan, PR 00927, approximately less than a mile from the VACHS campus for a future construction of Fisher House. The design and construction for the site development include, but are not limited to permits, topographic survey, wayfinding and signage, temporary and permanent utilities design and connections (e.g., power, potable water, wastewater, stormwater, and IT, among others), backup generator, water storage tanks (potable and fire sprinkler), and any other associated work required in coordination with Fisher House Foundation for the duration of the Fisher House project. The magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 14, 2022.
