The contractor shall furnish the applicable construction documents (such as as-builts, floor plan, infection control plan, structural, and electrical drawings), if and to the extent needed for production of the Work. Those services (i) will be furnished by architects and engineers licensed in the jurisdiction where the Work will be performed, and (ii) will incorporate the portions of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs Master Specifications available on the Office of Construction and Facilities Management – TIL (Standards) Internet Web site to the extent (a) GE Healthcare's architects and engineers determine they are applicable to the Work, (b) they do not expand the work set forth in this Scope of Work, and (c) they do not alter GE Healthcare's obligations set forth in the Department of Veterans Affairs Contract covering the Work.
