The purpose of this project is to design and construct to repair damages that occurred during Hurricane Irma and MarÃa in September 2017. The scope of work (SOW) for this project follows the recommendations from the VA Central Office Damage Assessment Team (DAT) findings for VA Caribbean Healthcare System, San Juan, PR.
