General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, Orlando VA Medical Center at Lake Baldwin intends to issue a Design Build project. This project will design and construct all the elements to renovate the Mammography Room at the Lake Baldwin campus. The scope will include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and design-build services necessary for the design and construction of this project, to encompass a full renovation of the Lake Baldwin Mammography area (approx. 160 SF of clinical space) for installation of a new Mammography machine in the Radiology Service area. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000 The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about November 29, 2021. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Beta.SAM.gov website at beta.SAM.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM.GOV.
