Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH) requires an eight-station portable shower trailer for use during emergency responses. 2. BACKGROUND: This requirement is for the purchase of one(1), eight-station portable shower trailer. Having this asset gives the Government the ability to quickly provide hygiene services during emergency situations or establishment of alternate care sites, disaster response sites etc. Currently there is no ability to quickly establish hygiene services in the event of loss of domestic water service at various off-site locations or establishment of alternate care sites such as CFORTs or field hospital tent systems. This portable shower trailer system shall accommodate eight people at a time, with separate male and female areas. Is easily deployable with a standard pickup truck. Has a 275-gallon water supply tank and 300-gallon storage tank. It is climate controlled for both Heat and Air Conditioning and 100% self-contained. It can easily stand on its own for a minimum of 72 -96 hours. 3. PURPOSE: This system will provide the required ability to quickly establish hygiene services in the event of loss of domestic water service at various off-site locations or establishment of alternate care sites such as CFORTs or field hospital tent systems. 4.
