The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of providing the following items to the Miami VA Healthcare System, Police Department, 1201 NW 16th St., Miami, FL 33125. Items will be FOB Destination. Vendor must be able to provide documentation showing they are an authorized distributor of the items, and is requested to provide a realistic lead time for the items. Items shall be the specific ammo brands shown below, they are approved by the VA for use by VA Police. Item 1 7 cases of Federal Premium Tactical HST 9mm, 124 Grain Hollow Point, 1,000 rounds per case. (Product # P9HST1). Item 2 - 31 cases of Speer Lawman Cleanfire Ammunition, 9mm Luger, 124 Grain, total Metal Jacketed, 1,000 rounds per case. (Product # 53824) Item 3 - 4 cases of Speer Gold Dt Duty Rifle .223, 62 Grain GDSP, 500 rounds per case. (Product # 24445SP) Item 4 8 cases of Sinterfire 223 Rem. 55 grain Greenline, 1,000 rounds per case. (Product # SF22355GL) Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should be able to demonstrate the firm s ability, capability, and responsibility to deliver the items listed above. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, UEI number, business size, and Socioeconomic Category (HUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Small Business, Large Business, etc.). All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov), and Representations and Certifications must be completed prior to any future award. Any offeror capable of providing this requirement shall notify the Contracting Officer by e-mail by September 1, 2022, at 2:00PM EST.
