DESCRIPTION: The North Florida/South Georgia (NF/SG) Veterans Healthcare System, Gainesville VAMC, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL, 32608 intends to award on a Sole Source basis Equipment relocated for the Radiology Department. The proposed source is Philips Healthcare Informatic, Inc., 4430 Rosewood Dr Ste 200, Pleasanton, CA 94588. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF WORK: Philips is required to Inspect, relocate, and re-install the equipment and ensure the equipment is operational. TERM: This will be a firm fixed price contract for a one-time service. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. The proposed NAICS 238290 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $19.5 million. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature to the Contracting Officer no later than 08/15/2022 at 12;00 PM EST. Responses should be sent to shirley.courtney@va.gov.
