THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research pursuant to FAR Part 10 to determine sources that are capable of satisfying our agency needs by a type of service customarily available in the commercial marketplace. This notice is being issued to determine sources who are capable of removing, inventorying, packaging, labeling and designing Audiovisual (AV) equipment for each conference room at multiple sites. The Government is seeking a turn-key service in three stages. Stage one includes; removing, packaging and labeling audiovisual equipment for shipping to GSA EXCESS. Stage 2 includes; designing audiovisual equipment for each conference room with state of the art AV conferencing equipment. Stage 3 includes; annual maintenance plan and repairs after 12 months warranty has expired. The place of performance is the Orlando VA Healthcare Systems which includes multiple sites. This notice is not a solicitation as defined by FAR 2.101, therefore it shall not be construed as a commitment by NCO 8 to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict NCO 8 to an acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary. the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. NCO 8 is requesting that restrictive or proprietary markings not be used in response to this notice. The anticipated Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541512 Computer Systems Design Services is $30.0 million. This is not a request for quotations, proposals, or bids. Interested parties must be able to submit clear and convincing documentation on ATTACHMENT A demonstrating their capabilities of providing similar services.
