Background. The solar photovoltaic (PV) system at Viera VA Health Care Center (VAHCC) consists of four (4) inverter systems [Inverter A - 375 kW inverter, Inverter B - 500 kW inverter, Inverter C - 50... Background. The solar photovoltaic (PV) system at Viera VA Health Care Center (VAHCC) consists of four (4) inverter systems [Inverter A - 375 kW inverter, Inverter B - 500 kW inverter, Inverter C - 500 kW inverter and Inverter D - 135 kW inverter] that are currently not producing power at maximum generation capacity. Three of four inverters are offline and continue to trip when powered on. The entire solar PV system is not fully functional or operational nor is it providing the required power generation to the facility. A previous site investigation and assessment that included troubleshooting of the system uncovered several deficiencies needing to be addressed to restore functionality. Scope. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, transportation, supervision, and any other items necessary to perform all tasks and deficiencies listed below such that all inverters, components, and systems are restored back to full functionality and are producing at maximum power generation capacity.
