RFQ #: 36C24822Q1252 PROJECT TITLE: Motorola Radio Service & Batteries WEST PALM BEACH VA MEDICAL CENTER (WPBVAMC) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24822Q1252. Submit written quotes in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC-2022-07 / 08-10-2022. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 517312, Wireless Telecommunications Carriers with a Size Standard of 1,500 people. West Palm Beach VA Medical Center intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Motorola Radio Service (141 radios) and purchase of 30 new radios and 141 replacement batteries. There will four One Year Option Periods for the Motorola Radio Service in addition to the Base Period of Performance. This procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran s Owned Business (SDVOSB), Set-Aside and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes. To be eligible for award quoter must be Verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) (https://www.vetbiz.va.gov/vip/ ) and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of the close of the RFQ and at the time of award.
