This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24822Q1107. Submit written quotes in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors outlined in this solicitation. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC_ 2022-06 / 5-26-2022. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NACIS) 812320, Drycleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin-Operated) with a Size Standard of $6.0 Million, applies to this procurement. The Miami VA Healthcare System (MVAHS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Base plus 4 individual option year contract, for Laundry and Linen Services located at the Key West Community Based Outpatient Clinic (KWCBOC), and for the Miami VA Healthcare System (MVAHS). This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside (SB) and all eligible contractors are encouraged to submit quotes. To be eligible for award All quoters must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the close of the RFQ and at the time of award. Quote shall be valid 120 days from the close of this solicitation.
