This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No contract shall be awarded from this pre-solicitation notice. Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intend to solicit for Janitorial Services for Orlando VA Medical Center at Lake Nona. Based on the responses received from sources sought notice number 36C24822Q0426, the Request for Quotation will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The anticipated base period of performance is August 01, 2022, through July 31, 2023. The Government is anticipating an award of a firm-fixed price contract from the solicitation that will be issued electronically to SAM.gov, the official U.S. Government system for contract opportunities. The anticipated date of the solicitation will be on or about June 17, 2022. Contractors must be certified at Home  · VetBiz Portal (va.gov), Vendor Information Pages (VIP) and registered at SAM.gov prior to contract award, during performance period and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment.
