Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 3 of 3 *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 3 Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO-8) is seeking sources for the following procurement: Item 0001 Contractor shall provide equipment maintenance services for twenty-five (25) Wellsense VU-WT in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Item 1001 Option Year I Item 2001 Option Year II Item 3003 Option Year III Item 4001 Option Year IV Location/Place of Performance: Miami VAMC Miami, FL 33125 NCO-8 is seeking sources from firms that have the capability of providing these services. Firms that can provide these services are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Interested firms must respond to the POC before the closing date and time of the RFI to be considered. Interested firms must identify their company name and are encouraged to provide a capabilities statement (if available) with their response. This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The information in this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this notice. Notice of intent of sole source procurement. If no affirmative response is received from this notice, the government intends to make a sole source procurement to Wellsense Inc. If determined as required as sole source, the anticipated authority permitting other than full and open competition for the requirement is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
