This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No contract shall be awarded from this pre-solicitation notice. Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intend to solicit for Physical Security Inspection and Maintenance Services for the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS). The Request for Quotation will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The anticipated base period of performance is August 01, 2022, through July 31, 2023. The Government is anticipating an award of a firm-fixed price contract from the solicitation that will be issued electronically to SAM.gov | Home, the official U.S. Government system for contract opportunities. The anticipated date of the solicitation will be on or about March 27, 2022. Contractors must register their entity at SAM.gov prior to contract award, during performance period and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561621-Security Systems Services (except Locksmith) is $22.0 Million.
