Description - Contract Opportunities RFQ # 36C24822Q0876 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33744 has a need to purchase a gas-powered utility vehicle, Brand Name or Equal, as listed below on Attachment 1(Salient Characteristics & Item Schedule). The RFQ # is 36C24822Q0876. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 (eff. 01/30/2022). The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 336999; the size standard is 1,000 Employees. Note, interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. Additionally, Offerors must provide the following with their quote: An Authorized Distributor Letter. Completed Limitations on Subcontracting Certificate of Compliance (Reference Attachment 2). Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all. All quotes are due no later than (NLT) May 06, 2022 @ 1:00 PM EST. via e-mail to: justin.coleman1@va.gov . The Subject Line of the response e-mail shall include RFQ# 36C24822Q0876 . Offers received after the exact time specified in the solicitation are considered late and may at the discretion of the Contracting Officer be considered if the action would not unduly delay the acquisition or are deemed to be in the best interest of the Government.
