This notice aims for market research and to make the appropriate acquisition decision to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses with a Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 is seeking businesses who can deliver and install Sterilization Processing Services Equipment to the Ponce Outpatient Clinic in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Requirement includes equipment for Cart Washers, Steam Sterilizers, Ultrasonic Cleaner, Washer Disinfector, Sterile Drier and installation of these equipment in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Fax, Email, DUNS Number, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc...) and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested items to include past and/or current contract for the same requirements and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities.
