The notice is for market research purposes, to make the appropriate acquisition decision and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System is seeking a business to provide removal of old patient chair lifts and install new patient chair lifts in Orlando, Florida. Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Fax, Email, DUNS Number, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, Etc) and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements.
