This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No contract shall be awarded from this pre-solicitation Notice. Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intend to solicit for Reverse Osmosis maintenance services for the Orlando VA Healthcare Systems (OVAHCS). The Request for Quotation will be issued as UNRESTRICTED. The Government is anticipating a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract from the solicitation that will be issued electronically to SAM.gov | Home, the official U.S. Government System for contract opportunities. The anticipated date of the solicitation will be on or about June 23, 2022, and the anticipated base period of performance is August 01, 2022, through July 31, 2023. Contractors must register their entity at SAM.gov | Home prior to contract award, during the performance period and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment. This requirement has subcontracting possibilities if other than a small business entity receiving an award. The successful offeror for this award must agree in the contract that small businesses, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small, disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns will have the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in contract performance consistent with its efficient performance. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811310-Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair Maintenance is $8.0 Million.
