Stryker is the only authorized and must have access to proprietary diagnostic software and parts. Preventive maintenance will be completed at the manufactures recommended frequency. Stryker is the only OEM capable of providing the replacement parts and repair on the Stryker Neptune 3 Rover systems used at the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System and Lee County VA Clinic.
