No formal solicitation document exists at this time. We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The VHA Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors to perform annual and quarterly inspections and testing of ten (10) Emergency and four (4) Full Power Generators for the Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville Florida. The proposed NAICS 221112 applies to this acquisition, with a size standard of 750 employees. The estimated period of performance (POP) is one 12 month base period with four 12 month options. Objective: This is a non-personal procurement for preventative maintenance services on the Emergency Power and Full Power Generators for the Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida. The Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the services outlined in the statement of work (SOW). See the DRAFT (SOW) for additional details. Services will be required at the following locations: Malcom Randall VA Medical Center,1601 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville, FL 32608-1197 The VA is mandated by Public Law 109-461 to consider a total set-aside for Service-Disabled-Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). However, if responses from qualified firms prove inadequate, the Contracting Officer may consider an alternate set-aside or full and open competition. In order to be considered eligible for an SDVOSB or VOSB Set-aside, all interested SDVOSB/VOSB firms must confirm in their response to this Sources Sought Notice that they will meet all the following criteria: VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 819.7003 - Eligibility VAAR Clause 852.219-10 SDVOSB Set-Aside or 852.219-11 VOSB Set-Aside The Limitations on Subcontracting in 13 CFR § 125.6 (applies to all SDVOSB/VOSB set-asides, regardless of dollar value).
