The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (BPVAHCS) located at 10000 Bay Pines Boulevard Bay Pines, FL 33744-8200 is looking for certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small business, and/or other than small businesses sources for the following:  Contractor shall explain their capability of providing adequate personnel, not to exceed ten (10) credentialed physicians, to be credentialed and be available to work remotely to read a quantity of 515,000 ECGs within one (1) year or less to meet the requirements of the contract. The Contractor s physician(s) care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceedingly currently recognized national standards as established by The American College of Cardiology (ACC). Contractor shall explain their capability to provide the necessary scheduling of their employees required to cover the work schedule to meet the requirement of 515,000 ECG readings. Contractor shall explain their capability to assist the Government with security clearance processing and credentialing for the key personnel working for this contract. Contractor shall provide productivity data related to ECG readings over the past one (1) year for any of the physicians that they re proposing. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements, please provide written notification to the Contracting Officer within three (3) days from the date of the publication of this notice. SDVOSB or VOSB must be certified and verified in the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization, Vendor Information Pages (VIP) web site located at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Only responses from authorized representatives of the firm will be considered Responses are due by 03/03/2022 4:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time (EST).
