No contract shall be awarded from this pre-solicitation Notice. Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intend to solicit for maintenance services for the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS). Based on the responses received from the sources sought notice number 36C24822Q0195, the Request for Quotation will be 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The Government is anticipating a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract from the solicitation that will be issued electronically to SAM.gov | Home, the official U.S. Government System for contract opportunities. The anticipated date of solicitation will be on or about March 4, 2022, and the anticipated base period of performance is date of award through March 31, 2023. Contractors must register their entity at SAM.gov | Home prior to contract award, during the performance period and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811310-Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair Maintenance is $8.0 Million.
