This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No contract shall be awarded from this pre-solicitation notice. Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intend to solicit for Physical Security Inspection and Maintenance Services for the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS). Based on the responses received from sources sought notice number 36C24822Q0144, the Request for Quotation will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The anticipated base period of performance is May 01, 2022, through April 30, 2023. The Government is anticipating an award of a firm-fixed price contract from the solicitation that will be issued electronically to SAM.gov | Home, the official U.S. Government system for contract opportunities. The anticipated date of the solicitation will be on or about March 23, 2022. Contractors must register their entity at SAM.gov prior to contract award, during performance period and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561621-Security Systems Services (except Locksmith) is $22.0 Million.
