Page 5 of 5 SCOPE: The VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) has a requirement for assistance in the evaluation of the research protocol Enhancing Access: A pilot Study to evaluate Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) assessment in rural U.S. Territories using appropriate English and Spanish instruments via Telehealth and Veterans Video Connect (VVC) interventions . The scope of the collaboration includes assisting in the evaluation, interpretation and analysis of the results and contribute to publishing the findings; participating when needed in the focus group meeting with the users of the system to identify key barriers, facilitators, and functionality, assisting in the creation and interpretations of the surveys to evaluate system performance, reviewing and contributing to the analysis of the data collected in surveys, and assisting in writing of manuscripts summarizing the outcomes. I. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The government is in need of these services to create surveys to evaluate telehealth system performance and contribute to data analysis and publication. Company will assist in the evaluation, interpretation and analysis of information collected. III. SPECIFIC MANDATORY TASKS AND ASSOCIATED DELIVERABLES A. Codification to Specifications as set forth in this proposal are minimum specifications and shall not be construed as limiting the overall quality, quantity, or performance characteristics of items furnished.
