Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources with the capability to provide Installation and programming of Fire alarm monitoring system, located at the VA Medical Center, Lake Nona, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando FL 32827. Project scope: Install and program Onyx Workstation and Onyx First vision monitoring systems. Includes the furnishing, connection, and testing of a PC based graphical facilities monitoring system; including Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listed application software and hardware complete and ready for operation. Systems needs to be compatible and interface with NOTIFIER fire alarm control panels and NOTI-FIRE-NET shall be made available. The basic system shall be Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listed for the following: 1. No. 294 Access Control System Units, Fifth edition 2. No. 864 Control Units for Fire Protective Signaling Systems, Tenth edition 3. No. 1076 Proprietary Burglar Alarm Units and Systems, Fifth edition 4. No. 2017 General-Purpose Signaling Devices and Systems, First edition 5. No. 2572 Mass Notification, Fifth edition The system shall comply with requirements of NFPA Standard No. 72 for Proprietary Signaling System Receiving Unit except as modified and supplemented by this specification. This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is for planning/information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. For the purpose of this acquisition, the NAICS code is 561621 and the small business size standard of $11.5 Million is applicable. This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10. Interested parties shall provide a capability statement that addresses the organization s qualifications and ability to perform as a prime contractor. Capability statements shall include the following business information: a. DUNS number, business name, and address. b. Point of Contact (Including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address). c. (Business Type) Are you a VOSB, SDVOSB, LARGE OR SMALL? d.
