The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The purpose of this notice is for market research; to make the appropriate acquisition decision and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339113, Surgical Appliances and Supplies Manufacturing. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System is seeking a business to provide Endoscope Reprocessors for the VA Caribbean Healthcare System in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Fax, Email, DUNS Number, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc...) and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. This must not be a generic line card but something that the government can positivity use to determine the procurement strategy of this requisition.
