The purpose of this amendment (A00002) is to answer questions regarding Solicitation No. 36C24822Q0037, that were made during the Site Survey, on 10/27/2021. These questions can be seen below: Question: Has there been asbestos and lead abatement done in OR Suite No. 6? Answer: Yes. There is no asbestos nor lead in OR Suite No. 6. Question: What are the procedures to be used to weld or adhere the flooring? Answer: Used the procedures as recommended by the flooring manufacturer. Question: What return rate should be used for the OR Suite No. 6 ventilator? Answer: The return rate for such ventilator should be configured to 100% fresh air, in the meantime that the services are being provided. Question: What materials should the vendor use for the partitions? Answer: PVC is recommended, due to this area being considered sterile. Question: When are the services to be provided? Answer: Outside of normal business hour. This is between 5:00 PM and 6:00 AM on weekdays. On weekends, services can be performed during normal business hours. Question: Will the Contractor have to don Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and enter OR Suite No. 6 through the main area whenever performing services? Answer: No. Once the partitions are set in place, the OR Suite No. 6 backdoor can be used to access the facility s main hallway.
