Contractor is required to perform a comprehensive survey of the existing facility PA system and design a new system that is all inclusive and complies with VA Design Guidance in the Technical Information Library. Project is located within the West Palm Beach VAMC, located at 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410. NCO 8 anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract to provide design build services. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 The solicitation will be issued on or about April 15, 2021.
