Network Contracting Officer 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources with the capability to provide support and connectivity services for Police Dispatch Consoles, Police Radios, and Police Vehicle Radios. Services to be provided: The Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) is seeking interest and capable vendors who offer annual subscription / service plans for Push-To-Talk over Cellular (PoC) for radios. Existing Equipment: Handheld Radios 911iNet W80 90 ea Vehicle Radios 99iNet 6 ea Dispatch Desktop Console 911iNet 2 ea Wired Shoulder Mics 60 ea Bluetooth Shoulder Mics 20 ea Bank Charger 3 ea Qualification/Certifications: The contractor shall be qualified and have all required certifications to perform this work. The contractor shall be in possession of all licensing and insurance requirements as they pertain to the State of Florida. The contractor shall provide an agnostic carrier network that supports all mobile networks, to include but not limited to, Telekom Mobile (T-Mobile), AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint to ensure the systems never go down or the limitation of downtime. Product must offer a Global Positioning System (GPS) support for outdoor positioning and dispatching. The contractor will ensure that all systems comply with any and all applicable Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Criminal Justice Information (CJI) requirements, policies and practices. The system must comply with any and all applicable Federal and Veterans Affairs (VA) requirements, policies and procedures. This is a market research/sources sought synopsis only.
