The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, utilizing a comparative evaluation. NCO-8 is soliciting Request for Quotes (RFQ) from potential quoters able to provide Artwork & Installation Services as described within the Statement of Need (SON). Award will be made in the aggregate for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) offered. This procurement is to be set-aside 100% for SERVICE DISABLE VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB). Quotes from other than SDVOSB concerns shall be rejected and shall receive no further consideration. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 337214 Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing. To be considered a small business under this NAICS code the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard must not exceed 1,000 Employees. The RFQ solicitation will be issued on or about August 2021.
