This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33744 has a need to purchase a Siemens PFA-100 Hemostasis Analyzer, Brand Name or Equal, as listed below on Attachment 1(Salient Characteristic/Item Schedule). The RFQ # is 36C24821Q1651. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 (eff. 07/12/21). The combined synopsis solicitation is: Unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 334516; the size standard is 1,000 Employees. Note, interested SDVOSB/VOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.va.gov. Additionally, all interested Small Business Offerors must be listed and registered in SAM to be considered for Award.
