This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL 33744 has a need to purchase B110 Parking Garage Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) referenced in Attachment 1. Avigilon is the referenced manufacturer, brand name or equal. The RFQ # is 36C24821Q1571. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06/7-12-2021. The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 561621; the size standard is $22M. Note, interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. Responses shall be on an all or none basis, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all.
