Description RFQ 36C24821Q1477 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL 33744 has a need to purchase Health Database Package Subscription referenced in Attachment 1. EBSCO is the referenced manufacturer, brand name or equal. The RFQ # is 36C24821Q1477. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06/7-12-2021. The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 519130; the size standard is 1000. Note, interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. Responses shall be on an all or none basis, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all.
