Market research is being conducted to determine the availability and capability of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) interest in providing design-build services necessary for designing, demolition, and constructing new air handling systems design build to replace AHU(s) in a hospital environment in the West Palm Beach area of Florida. Hours of operation is 7:30 AM 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays. NAICS - 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standards - $39.5 Million, Magnitude of Construction - $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. Interested vendors shall submit a capability statement to include: 1) Company Name; 2) Address; 3) Point of Contact Name, phone number, email address; 4) Cage Code; 5) Duns Number; 6) Experience: Submit 3-5 recent specific Government or commercial contracts your firm has performed design build services to demonstrated your relevant NAICS 236220 experience as indicated in this announcement; 7) bonding capacity.
