This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment P0001 is to remove a Salient Characteristic, please see below. The solicitation number 36C24821Q1386, 0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. The provisions and clauses in this document are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04, January 19, 2021. This solicitation intends to award a contract through full and open competition after exclusions under a SB set aside to a business associated with NAICS Code 339113 with a size standard of 750 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to make a procurement for a Brand Name or Equal to 3M Bair Hugger (Model 775) Patient Warming Unit for the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, Palm Beach, FL.
