Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources with the capability to provide maintenance and repair of Reusable Medical Equipment (RME), maintenance and repair of surgical case carts, and cleaning of Steam Sterilizers, located within the Orlando VA HealthCare System (OVAHCS). Reusable Medical Equipment is located at 4 VA Facilities: The Orlando VA Medical Center, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827 Lake Baldwin VA Medical Center, 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL 32803 Viera VA Health Care Center, 2900 Veteran s Way, Viera FL, 32940 William V. Chappell Jr., VA Multispecialty Community Based Outpatient Clinic, 551 National Health Care Drive, Daytona Beach, FL, 32114 Selected Contractor shall perform all of the following tasks: Task 1: Autoclaves chamber cleaning: Dismantle and cleaning of rack, inspection of chamber and door, cleaning of exterior. Days of service: On-Location Viera VA 1x 3 months (on call) Days of service: On-Location William V.
