Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410 PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall furnish all tools, labor, material, and equipment required to remove the existing tile roof and install new Thermoplastic PVC sheet roofing. Work will be performed at the VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, in accordance with the contract requirements specified below and per applicable industry standards and codes. The period of performance is 35 days from Notice of Award. The magnitude of construction is less than $25,000.00. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 14, 2021 This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
