The equipment for services is listed in paragraph 3. Can we use a steam cleaner (as needed) / applicable? Yes, you can use a steam cleaner as long as the contractor abide by safety rules. How many spot coolers are needed in the Rat Lab? Number may vary (worst case ) depending on workload of lab. Are we cleaning the outside coils for the DX Units? Yes, complete system (dx condenser) Can we have a job site container / onsite container? Yes, on a job box ( gang box ) needs to be kept in order ( clean up ) Are we replacing belts for each air handler (how often, annually)? Are we greasing motors and fittings? No change belts or greasing units ( you can make a note for a/c shop ) Are we closing CHW HW valves during cleaning? Closing valves are going to be optional depending on condition of the valves Will we be assigned an escort during cleaning or are we independent (with access)? VA employees will be here for access What is the specific After-Hours schedule? 5.30 pm to 7.00 am (may vary example O.R /Cath lab ) AHU#8 was not on the list, in this included (2nd Floor NW)? No, AHU 8 is not on the list Per Engineer, AHUs with impacted coils (scheduled for replacement), what should be completed during cleaning (Cleaning cabinet only)? Units 30, 31, etc. Schedule AHU 30 for coil cleaning. (coil is being replaced). Unit ORK not on list are we including (Parking Area Mech Room)? O.R  K is AHU 55 it is on the list. Are we pulling them out and replacing them? Are we pulling out, cleaning, and putting the same ones back (or do we replace)? GVAMC will provide new filters and contractor shall pull out old and replace with new filters
