Question and Answers for RFQ 36C24821Q0853 The purpose of this Amendment is to provide answers to vendor submitted question. Question: Will this proposal need a server and software to store all completed studies and make readily accessible for future review? On a standalone system the cases are archived to SD/offline storage. Answer: Once computer begins reaching storage capacity, data will be archived to an external hard drive, provided by VA Biomedical Engineering. Question: If a VM server and SW are provided would their be a need for Physicians review stations for Dr review of cases outside of the actual system in the procedure room. Answer: There will not be a need for physician review stations outside of the procedure room. Question: What types of 3 D Mapping systems are being utilized today and will that be replaced in the future. Answer: Current 3D mapping systems are Carto and Ensite. Most likely will be replaced in the future, as these systems are on a limited life timeframe. However, that is not a guarantee and upgrade/replacement system and timeline is unknown at this time. Question: Will there be a need for a DB server and interfaces to connect into the VISTA system and EMR for Orders in and Results out. Also for statistical queries. Answer: No, we do not connect to VISTA system or EMR system.
