The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), San Juan; Puerto Rico is conducting market research to identify potential sources with the qualification to provide utility monitoring service for different VA Outpatient Facilities. Such facilities are; Mayaguez Outpatient Clinic, Carolina Warehouse, Ponce Outpatient Clinic, Arecibo Temporary Clinic, Ceiba Outpatient Clinic, Guayama Outpatient Clinic, Comerio Rural Clinic, Vieques Clinic, Utuado Clinic, St. Croix Clinic & St. Thomas Clinic. The monitory device shall be compatible to our Trane System. Utilities to be monitored are electric normal power, emergency power, emergency generators diesel levels, water service and stored water levels. This is sources sought notice only; it is not a request for quotations. The purpose of this Source Sought notice is to identify Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Small Business interested in this procurement, the level of experience, qualifications, and whether it might be suitable for a specific small business socioeconomic group set-aside. This procurement is a requirement for a one time service to establish the monitory service as stated above. The period of performance will be established in the forthcoming solicitation. Expressions of interest parties shall be submitted to Mr. Israel Rodriguez, via email at: Israel.rodriguez-perez@va.gov , on or before March 26, 2021, close of business with the following information: a. Company profile and capability statement comparable to the marketing package your company uses in their ordinary course of business. Please ensure the following information is included: point of contact information, DUNS Number, company business size and socioeconomic category such as: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran- Owned Small Business (VOSB), Women-Owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Business, Small Business. b. Provide information of personnel and program established to provide the monitory services mentioned above. Information shall include Personnel qualifications and how qualification record is maintained within the organization and level of experience of company and personnel.
