The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the VA s intent of contact action, using other than competitive procedures for sole source awards to verified SDVOSB concerns, as authorized by VAAR 819.7007. Notice of contract action: Miami VA Contracting intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract using other-than competitive procedures to Four Points Technology for the purchase of the Version and Server Update to virtual of Data Innovations Instrument Manager to continue real time laboratory monitoring, development, documentation, implementation and validation of auto verification systems, optimization of laboratory workflow, development of LIS down time processes and procedures computer and software. Estimated value of this acquisition is $17,654.40. Estimated award date is on or before April 9, 2021. This is not a solicitation for quotes. Responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement/quote information which shall be considered by the agency but shall in no way bind the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this NOCA or any follow-up information requests. All information shall be in writing, sent via email. Responses must be received no later than 5:00pm EST, March 15, 2021.
