Drawing attached. Rooms J148-1 through J157-1 are the required installation locations.  2, Who is the manufacturer of the existing doors? Answer: Assa Abloy.  3. Will the installation be expected.      a. night     b. day     c. weekend Answer: Night, day, and weekend work can be expected. 4. Is there a staging area on premises? Answer: Yes. 5. Site training required? Answer: Yes, upon completed installation of each different style of door. 6. Background checks/etc? Answer: 10-Hour OSHA training card for each employee. Project manager is required to maintain a 30-Hour OSHA training card.  7. Door Requirements: door perimeter mounted with curtain wall      Does the curtain wall exist?      Or is the opening sheet/metal stud framed. Answer: Sheet/metal stud framed. 8. Full breakout in any position may require recessed track.     Concrete cutout in floor may be required. NOT BY DCS.     Is there any issue with dust and noise when this type of work is being performed. Answer: Installed door must fit in existing location without modification to concrete deck. Concrete grinding or cutout is not permissible in this area. 9. Glass is to be ¼ temp, any type of tint? Answer: Clear glass without tint.     Is it possible Interior Blind glass is required? Answer: Interior blinds are not required. 10. I was just preparing our proposal for 36C24821Q0563 Emergency Department Doors Removal and Installation and I notice that you have referenced submitting an SF 1449. There is not one issued with the docs in Beta.Sam.gov. Will you be issuing with one with an Amendment? Answer: The SF1449 document is not required to be submitted with this procurement. That provision is used in both combined synopsis solicitation and RFQ s that are posted using the actual SF1449. I will be posting clarification as well in the amendment containing other questions and answers.
