Page 3 of 3 Network Contracting Office 08 (NCO 8) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest and resources to support a requirement for repair and support for software and physical equipment of the OptiFill Medication Dispensing System. NCO 8 anticipates a single firm-fixed price award for one 12 months base period plus four 12 months option periods. The result of this market research will contribute to determine the type of set-aside for this procurement. The anticipated applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, size standards of $22 million. There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market research is purely voluntary and the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform this contract service, please provide the following information: (1) organization name, DUNS, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and your socioeconomic category such as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Small Business, Large Business, etc., and (2) tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming agreement is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to; (1) provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated; (2) secure and apply the full range of technical resources required to successfully perform this service; and (3) implement a successful plan that includes: compliance with program schedules, cost, and risk mitigation. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for any small business socio-economic group.
