This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, West Palm Beach VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, West Palm Beach, FL. 33410 has a need for a Base and four (4) Yearly Options contract for Cost Per Test (CPT) Immunohistochemical (IHC) and Histology Special Stainer, contractor shall provide instrumentation and reagents to perform Immunohistochemical (IHC) and Histology Special Staining. As described in the attached statement of work. The RFQ # is 36C24821Q0525. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04 (01-19-2021). The combined synopsis solicitation is: Unrestricted. Tiered Evaluations (Cascading) including Large Business concerns will be used. This solicitation is being issued as tiered evaluation with the following tiers: (1) SDVOSB concerns, (2) VOSB concerns, (3) small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority; and (4) large business concerns. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled, and the requirement resolicited. The NAICS Code is 334516; the size standard is 1,000. Note, interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award and all offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all.
